Company

This section will allow you to update your company information on file with cPanel, as well as which contacts are authorized on your account. You can update your addresses on file, access your authorized logo, and view any contracts and agreements you have on file with cPanel.

The Company section

Address Book

This feature lets you add a new address for your company and manage the addresses you currently have on file.

To update an address:

  1. Click Update next to the appropriate address.
  2. Change the field(s) that need to be updated.
  3. Click Save.

To add a new address:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Fill in the fields with your address information.
  3. Click Save.

To delete an address:

  • Click Delete next to the appropriate address.

About your Contact Information

When your account is initially set up, the address information that you provide on the Partner NOC Application is entered into the Address Book as the Primary Billing Address (your administration offices) and Primary Technical Address (your data center or colo address).

You will also want to make sure you have a Public Contact address listed if you want your company to appear on the Partners section of our website. This feature allows customers to find your company information when searching through our partners.

Manage Authorized Logo

This feature will allow you to access a cPanel Authorized Partner logo, which you may place on your website. Logos are available with and without your company name, in Large, Medium, or Small format.

To download an image:

  1. Locate the image you wish to download.
  2. Right-click or Control-click the desired image.
  3. Save the image to the folder of your choice on your computer.

There is also a link to your current Partner Page URL on our website. Use this link to see how your company is presented to visitors on http://www.cpanel.net.

  • note Note: You can also find this link in your main Dashboard by clicking the View Public Profile link under the Welcome section near the top of the page.

Update Company Information

This feature will allow you to view or update your company information.

The only pieces of information you will not be able to update are the Company Name and DBA sections. If you wish to update either of these, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Contact Us option at the top right corner of the screen.

PICK Remember: Click Save when you are done editing your contact information.

note Note: Our phone support system is linked with Manage2. This allows us to give your calls higher priority. Please be sure to list you contact numbers in the following format:

  • US numbers: 1XXXXXXXXXX
  • Numbers outside the US: +XXXXXXXXXXXX

note Note: For security purposes, we will only discuss account information with contacts listed on this page. If there are additional people in your company who should be authorized to receive company information or make changes to your account, please be sure to add their names and contact details.

  • You can add more than one name, email address, or phone number per text box, if you separate them by a comma.

The Company Domains Section

We've recently added the Company Domains section to the Update Company Information interface. This interface allows you to specify domains that should automatically receive enterprise-level priority support from cPanel. You should only add domains that are associated with your company to this section as any tickets generated from these domains will count towards your support usage.

Public Profile Information

If you wish to have your logo and company information included in the Partners section of http://www.cpanel.net, make sure that the Public Profile box is checked near the top of the Update Company Information screen.

If this box is unchecked, your company information will not be displayed on our website. Please also be sure to update the URL, as well as any other public information, to make sure all of the information is correct.

If you do not currently have a logo uploaded, the Partner Image field near the bottom of the screen will display "No Logo." To add a logo, you must send an updated, hi-res logo to this address. Vector (AI/EPS) graphics are preferred as they scale well; however, any high-resolution graphic will suffice.

note Note: Banners, advertisements, or logos containing pricing information will not be accepted. We will only accept company logos.

View Contracts and Agreements

This area of the Manage2 interface provides access to PDF versions of the contracts and agreements on file between your company and cPanel.
