View Relayers

(Main >> Email >> View Relayers)

For WHM version 11.32

This feature displays a list of users who have relayed mail. Relayed mail is mail forwarded to remote accounts by user accounts hosted on your server.

Searching for relayers

  1. Specify a range of dates using the Start Date and End Date fields.
    • note Note: The larger the date range, the longer your query will take to process.
    • PICK Remember: Enter dates using the Month/Date/Year format. You may also click the calendar buttons to select a date from the menu.
  2. Specify the time range in which you wish to search. Don't forget to select AM and PM next to the time fields.
  3. Click Run Report.

The results table

Results for your query are sorted into the following four columns:

Column Description
User The cPanel username for the account that has relayed the message.
Domain The user's domain.
Successful A boolean value that indicates success or failure. A value of 1 indicates success.
Data Sent The total amount of relayed data sent by the user.

If you wish to review a detailed list of messages:

  • To view a list of messages sent by a specific user, click that user's row. You will be taken to the Mail Delivery Reports screen.
  • From the Mail Delivery Reports screen, you can view and print details regarding the delivery by clicking the eyeglasses icon (eyeglasses_icon.png).

Filtering the results

By default, all columns should appear in the results table. You can remove columns from the results table to view less information. To remove unwanted columns:

  1. Click the gear icon (gear.jpg) in the top right-hand corner of the results table.
  2. Deselect the name of the column you do not wish to view.

The Search and Advanced Search features

You can further refine your results data by typing an additional string in the results table's Search... field.

  • The results will stay filtered until the search box is cleared.

The results table features an Advanced Search option. Clicking the Advanced Search button allows you to access the following four checkboxes:

Checkbox Description
Show Successes Selects whether or not you wish to view messages that were delivered successfully.
Show Deferrals Selects whether or not you wish to view messages that were deferred.
Show Failures Selects whether or not you wish to view messages that received a failure status whenever delivery was attempted.
Show In-Progress Selects whether or not you wish to view messages that are still in transit to their destination.

You may deselect checkboxes to remove message types from the results table.

  • note Note: WHM limits results to 5000 per Advanced Search type.
